1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing 3csdevelopers.com or contracting custom software engineering services with 3Cs Software Development, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and any project-specific Statement of Work (SOW) executed between both parties.
2. Scope of Services & Sprints
3Cs delivers custom software development, mobile application programming, cloud DevOps orchestration, and UI/UX design. All projects are conducted in transparent sprints with clearly specified deliverables, sprint demos, and code reviews as outlined in the client proposal.
3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon final settlement of contract invoices, 100% of the custom codebase, architecture schemas, repositories, and build artifacts developed specifically for the client are fully transferred to the client. 3Cs retains no proprietary claims over custom business logic engineered under contract.
4. Warranties & SLA Support
All delivered software is backed by standard post-launch warranty windows covering critical defect resolution and deployment verification. Ongoing SLA maintenance and round-the-clock priority monitoring are governed by dedicated support tiers.
